The first phase of the restoration of our beautiful facade started today. In the first phase, a preliminary investigation is carried out and a damage assessment. Melissa from 'Cerafine' first wants to map the current state of the facade in order to create the best possible plan of restoration. Dear customers, Since this week whe are serving a vegan dish. Vegans do not eat animal products (that means no meat or fish, dairy products, eggs, gelatine or honey ...). For some time now more and more people have been asking us for a vegan alternative when they come to eat with family or friends. To meet this need, we have put this vegan dish on the menu: mashed white lentils with sweet-sour eggplant, chili, cashew nuts and soy yoghurt.
